I am mother of 3 kids & married since 10 years. I was taking contraceptive pills (novodol) since last 3 years. Last year (in oct 2018) i stopped taking & since thn im trying to conceive. But i couldn't till now. My periods circle was normal till last month. But last month i had unexpected vaginal bleeding (kind of spotting) That remained for 1 day only. After 2-3 days i had intercourse & i had vaginal bleeding. That was one time bleeding & had spotting for 1 day. Again after 1 week i had vaginal bleeding after intercourse. I have done my pregnancy test that was negative. Now after 2 weeks again i had vaginal bleeding after intercourse. Its not happening after every intercourse but sometime only. Can you please suggest me what should i do? Here in uae the medical is hell expensive &im not satisfied with treatments & tests. Please guide me which test i should go for & what problem it would be.

You need to be examined internally by a gynaecologist. Please consult doctor there.

-it seems u got post coital, unscheduled bleeding could be due to local pelvic pathology, infection etc.
-u need to have local Examination(hysteroscopic Examination) by gynae specialist to check on local pathology(Cervical or endometrial polyp, cervical pathology like erosion, Endometriosis, hormonal imbalance etc.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
_have folic acid daily.
-use fertile period of cycle.
-follow with reports.
dear it's not normal to have spotting or bleeding after intercourse. kindly get ur pelvic ultrasound and pap smear done as soon as possible. before that it is essential to get internal examination done by a gynaecologist. u must visit ur self. no other option. for infertility assessment can be done by same doctor concommitently.
