-Dear it could be pelvic or vaginal infection.
-have high vaginal swab to check infection.
-have strict hygeine and try to check and control high suger levels as well if diabetic.
-have sitz baths to avoid irritation.
-soft comfortable undergarments.
-avoid creams and cosmetics locally and use water for cleaning and soft razor to remove hairs.
-use condoms to avoid sexually transmitted infection till havi g symmptoms.
-after collection of swab have clotrimazole vaginal suppository per vaginal for 3alternate nights and have tab doxycycline 100 mgs 12 hrly and tab metronidazole 400mgs 8 hrly for 14 days.
-collect swab and discuss here.
