Asking for Self, Female, 18 years old, karachi
Basically for past 3 days im having itching on vaginal walls and yesterday i noticed a white spot on vagina ..its not usual ..its looks like a pimple but i can tell its not a pimple. It would be helpful if you can suggest an ointment or anything to help cure my condition.

i think u r referring to ur vestibular area...u hvnt told whether its painful or not...whether theres any ooze...wt about the size and exact location...
it can be anything from simple local inflamatory reaction (small pustule due to may b folliculitis if its on ur mons)to bartholin cyst ( if at the lower edge of ur labia majora)...so examination and swab in case of ooze -its must...
wt i can suggest is to use femina wash/ lotion/ shampoo 2-3×/day...
dont wait attend OBG CONSULTANT...

-Dear it would be better if u would have local Examination.as if it's just patch or discharge?? If discharge can be sent for histopathology to check in Lab.
-have Complete treatment of any health issue u have.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
- have recreation activities.
-better to have Examination and local swab to check in lab.
-have sitz bath, olive oil massage, soft comfortable undergarments.
-avoid cosmetics, creams locally just clean water for cleaning and soft blade for removing hairs.
-have strictly follow above precautions.
-try to follow with hvs report.
