Im 37 year old female, being diagnosed with severe vaginismus, i tried hard and did every possible thing, even used lubricants but could not get rid of this, i was unable to do intercourse hence i ended up my marriage after 1.5 years. Aftee reading many researches and consulting with doctors, all I know is surgery is not the solution for vaginismus. Please help me if I can ever get rid of this as this is affecting my mental health too

Thank you all ! I have already consulted a phsychologist and had few sessions, she said it has no treatment, only i have to relax my mind, but I couldnt do it as I have taken it on my mind
