Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginismus

I’ve been married for last 15 months we constantly failed in penetrating sex. went to gyne she said everything is normal is in your head tried everything but didn’t work. Here in Karachi, i had a surgery 2 days back which was initially a surgery to make space in the hymen but dr told my hymen was already ruptured & vagina was normal. There was a slight ridge posteriorly which was probably the reason intercourse was difficult. So the Dr incised it slightly and took 2 stitches there for haemostasis. she packed the vagina with a gauze cylinder soaked in glycerine to keep it open next morning it was removed and was advised to keep it and change after 12 hours. The dr tried putting it inside but due to the unbearable pain she was unable to insert completely. The same night i tried doing but failed. went to her, she told me is vaginismus and i need to get vaginismus kit or have to use syringe covered with gauze and condom. My body gets stif and i am unable to insert. I can not find that
