Thanks if your wife has regular periods then ovulation likely to accour between 12-14 days of cycle this the time to have intercourse nd your wife should take folic acid daily pirior to pregnancy if no pregnancy during three months then consult gyneacologist for find out cause of infertility

- Dear first of it would be better if u would send me her detailed gynae ,observe ,medical drug and surgical history .
- if periods regular and of 28 days cycle u should use fertile period from day 8 - day 12 for sex to have conception.
after sex Better she rest in bed .
- have folic acid daily .
- if u or she have been suffering from any health issue then it's better to have check and Complete treatment of Disease like diabetes and thyroids abnormal levels can affect Fertility ,can cause miscarriages ,even increase risks of Congenital anomalies .
- u should quit smoking it any recreational drugs have been taking .
- have balanced diet ,weight and Bmi .as increase Bmi causes hormonal imbalance and difficulty in conception.
- have .If coming to follow up again then come with transvaginal scan and blood tests reports on day 2 of periods ( testosterone,progesterone,prolectin ,fsh and Lh ,thyroid function test,insulin ) .
-your general health also need to be balanced .
