Walikum salam. I am sorry for your loss. The fits occured due to increased blood pressure and in this pregnancy you should get regular check ups, and follow your doctor's advise. In most cases the fits do not occur again in next pregnancy, but still you would be a high risk patient and your doctor will monitor you and your baby's growth throughout pregnancy.
