I have posted my problem earlier in which i have mentioned that i gave birth to a baby girl in sep2016. Then as a methid of birth control took injection which result in amenorrhea. Last time had my periods in january 2017. Last injection which i took was effective till 13july 2017.. so my period should after that. I switched to another method of contraception(condom). But uptil now no periods. I am attaching my ultrasound report. Word polycystic ovaries is bothering me alot. Before marriage and even before contraceptive inj my periods were regular. In any of the ultrasound (which were done in my pregnancy) my ovaries were normal. Then why is that so now . What should i do. Please help me
Whenever there is any hormonal disturbances it can causes polycystic ovaries. Also if you have gained weight after your baby it can also lead to polycystic ovaries. You would need proper treatment to help balance your hormones and get your cycle back to normal.

I would suggest you that first repeat your ultrasound from some other center to confirm the diagnosis of polycystic ovaries. Then you will first need the medicine to bring on the periods. You will also need to get blood hormones tested and then treatment given according to reports. As I cannot prescribe any medicine here online please visit your gynecologist after a repeat ultrasound.

If you are having abdominal pain first you need a ultrasound. get an ultrasound whole abdomen and pelvis. Your doctor is correct regarding delayed periods because of feeding the baby.
