hi
get your swabs done to rule out sexually acquired illness .and treat accordingly it should be tested for chlamydia, gonorrhoea trichomonas, and BV.Tranxemic acid is not answer for this problem .if swabs negative get internal examination.if you have pain during intercourse or bleeding during sex examination should be done asap.

first of all its important to identify what it is if it is fungal /trachomonas/BV nothing to worry about if discharge is sec to chlamydia then it can cause problems with fertility/increase risk of ectopic pregnancy .but i guess first step is get yourself examined and swabs taken then comes treatment part
