We are trying to conceive for last 17 months but no baby yet. I got performed my sperm analysis and got the report yesterday, I am sharing it with you here: <a target="_blank" href="http://imgur.com/a/Gx9Ls" rel="nofollow">http://imgur.com/a/Gx9Ls</a> Since the report suggests low sperm count and very bad morphology, would it be possible for us to conceive naturally? Does the report give any hint to answer what could be the cause of low sperm count and bad morphology? Thanks
Medically speaking it is very difficult to conceive naturally at this sperm count. The best option in such cases is ivf with icsi ( invitro fertilization with intracytoplasmic sperm injection) , a process in which a single healthy sperm is selected in the laboratory and fertilized with the wife's egg.
