I had a c section on 29th Nov n my baby is on mother feed, issue is that I found lumps in my left side of breast yesterday, its almost 2 cm in size n I just feeling pressure not pain by pressing, wanna know its normal in breast feed mothers or something serious, its my 3rd child but haven't experience this before

breast feeding mothers can develop lump like this.
it can be due to retention of milk or an abscess.
best is to get an ultrasound, and see a surgeon.
