As you have already mentioned that you are having PCOS. It is a condition with wide manifestations.
You need to have certain blood tests like FSH, LH, Prolactin, Testosterone, Thyroid profile and BHCG levels before we can proceed furthur.
You will probably need some hormones preparations .

Its ok to have periods pattern like u. But periods few days after last
petiods is not a right thing. If it happens again,plz arrange a visit to me
