Talk to Gynecologist on Pcos + Hypithyroid + TTC

Hi dr. I am pcos and hypothyroid patient. My TSH is 33 and i am taking thyroxine 100mcg for it. Taking metformin 1000mg + folic acid 5 mg + prenatals and thyroxine 100 mcg. I am 26. 5'4". 61kgs. So not so over weight. Married for almost a year now. Kindly help me. I did cd21 progesterone and it was very low. I am not ovulating. I take duphaston in the last 10 days of my cycle for low progesterone.

Kindly suggest me something to start my ovulation so i can get pregnant. Thank you. May you be rewarded.
