I am having lower left pelvic pain. It increases when I do more work. It's a feeling of discomfort that exists. I am not encountering any problem during urination. Earlier I consulted a gynaecologist. She just gave me antibiotics without a satisfactory diagnosis as my blood reports were good. Now it has occurred again. It's been a year, I am suffering from this issue. (unmarried)

there is a long list of causes of pelvic pain.
if you r cleared by gynaecology and no urination issues, then consult in clinic for further assessment,
pelvic congestion syndrome due to dilated blood vessels in pelvis is fairly common condition in females of your age group.
Since u are having this problem for 1 year, detailed assesment and certain investigations will b needed to diagnose your condition.
