Talk to Gynecologist on Periods Irregular

I started my periods in 9/10th class but since then they are irregular comes late anyway now since almost more then an year I started having spotting too like in between periods for two days spot come and goes I went through some tests in hameed Latif hospital too and they gave me anesthesia and checked inside and sent something for lab and then said all is fine but am concerned
