Talk to Gynecologist on Pregnancy Test Srtips

Dear doctors i was having fertility treatment this month my doc tried letrozole 2.5g twice a day and myo inositol for 25 days my LMP was 7 feb on 1 march 10 i tested for pregnacy with HPT after feeling little nauseus and got a very very faint test line after 2 days on 3 mar i tested again amd its was faint but easy visible line and then today on 7 mar its still faint line can it be false positive or is it normal to faint lines after whole week past what should i do know if i am realy pregnant or not?i am still feeling little nauseus sometime and low appetite.
