AOA .my period date is 20 aug . But i had spotting for 1 day only 3 days before . With period cramps . Now no spotting and pain . And no periods at all . And never happend before . So help me why this happend ? I am trying to concieve also . Is this one of preg symtom ? Is this something to worry about? Thanks
Walikum salam. You should wait for a week and then do a home pregnancy test. Spotting for a day may be due to implantation bleeding a sign of very early pregnancy , a bleeding that occurs when the embryo implants in the uterus. If you have no pain or any other symptoms nothing to worry , just wait, in a week either you may start normal periods or if it is a pregnancy you will get a positive on pregnancy test.
