Talk to Gynecologist on Spotting

I have always had irregular periods throughout my life. The earliest I'v had a period is on 40-45th day of my cycle. I did not have PCOS as of my previous check up. Fsh and Lh were absolutely normal as well. I had my last period in the first week of july. Then on 20th Aug I had very light spotting, with one small clot. Then for 5 days no bleeding or spotting at all. But had light period cramps and mood swings etc. Then on 6th day had spotting again then nothing for 2 days then today morning again spotting then all day clear and just now have some dark brown spotting. I have never had spotting issue uptil now. I did pregnancy test and was negative on 4th day after the first spot. What should I do now?
