Talk to Gynecologist on Ultrasound

AoA! doctor, I want to ask about the follicular monitoring ultrasound, my doctor said me to do an ultrasound on 14th day of periods, I am afraid of performing transvaginal ultrasound is it okay to do tranabdominal ultrasound, my doctor didn't mention any... but, which one is performed? thanks in advance
