Talk to Gynecologist on Vaginal Pregnancy

I m 37 week pregnant mom. Every thing is ok regarding my health and baby health no sugar , bp and no other issue. Mai daily 30 mins 2 times walk b kar rahi hn with kegel exercises. Doc ko last ultrasound dikhaya hai she said baby head not engaged in the bone because 65 to 70% umbilical cord around baby circumference. But i want my normal delivery. I am too much helpless may times babies had cords but this is not the decision to do c.section..... please help me out plz. Its my first pregnancy and i feel normal backbone pain and other lightening pains. Please suggest me solution.
