Asking for Self, Female, 38 years old, karachi

I have a history of miscarriages (one ectopic with right tube removal, one miscarriage) and one still birth at 28 weeks. I have been actively trying to conceive. For past one week, i am having cramps in my lower abdomen sometimes mild, sometimes intense. Also, having My LMP was 12 April 2017. What could be a possible reason of this. Should i consult a doctor immediately considering my previous history.
