Talk to Gynecologist on Light Bleeding During Periods

salam, Meri shadi ko 6 years ho gaye hain n have 2 d&c , now problem is that k 6, 7 months se mujhe bohat light bleeding hoti ha during periods, iss month to sirf 2 din hoi ha light bleeding bs aur phr spotting hoti ha, periods cycle time theek ha, can anybody kindly guide me k yeh kis waja se ho raha ha, still trying for conceive. TIA n plz guide me
