Dear doc I delivered my first baby in 2011 since then my breast size increased and after two more babies breast size is more enlarged .i had the history of fibroadinomas which was removed via surgery. Plz help me how to tighten the breast and decrease their size ( my size was 32 C which has increased upto 36DD)
When u reduce weight the breast size also decreases .. also there r several exercises that u can do to improve ur breasts.. u need to do some internet research for that or join a gym
Weight reduction would help you in decreasing the size.
You may get your Breast USG to look for any abnormality

please see a surgeon first to rule out any local problems in breasts causing enlargement in size, and also you need to be assessed for certain hormonal imbalances if any? so ideally see a surgeon for full assessment,
