I have constipation problem which causes a cut in my anus and it bleeds when I pass stole but its been a week it continue to bleed even if my stool is soft and pass easily.I also have lump that comes out when I poo.

As per your history you have 2nd Degree Haemorrhoied and probably early fissure as well. Although there are different ways to deal with the second degree haemorrhoieds including banding and injection sclerotherapy but finally you will require surgery. Sir I recently got myself examined from dr and she prescribed me antibiotics novidate 250mg ,flagyl and laxoberon liquid . Also two ointments to apply on my rectal wound ,hadensa comfort and droxaryl cream

U might have hemorrhoids along with fissure.
Does antibiotics worked ?
If it not resolved and still have bleeding then proceed for surgery.
