i have menses issue DR nay hormonal imbalance ka kaha hai and recommended me Duphaston for 5 days or Dianne 35 for 3 months 3 months tak jab tak med li periods regular rahay magar jysy hi med ka time pora hwa periods ka time bhi delay hota giya now 5 months say mujhy menses nai hwy kia ap mere problems ko solve kar sakti hain ?
I.think you need to have pelvic ultrasound and hormonal profile including Serum LH, FSH, Prolactin, TSH and Testosterone before we can.proceed furthur with your treatment.
These tests need to be done.on day 2 of the menstrual cycle.
Need to have few test and ultrasound. Period regularity is no issue . What is ur weight . Please share all the tests u have already done .

It means ur endometrium is responding to harmones only n ur inner
harmonesbr not being produced inside. Plz get ur test LH. FSH. serum
prolactin after day 2 of ur periods along with ultrasound of pelvis
