I think there is absess around nail and it needs Incisional drainage .
Aoa hope u will be fine , I have seen ur toe and finger thumb , in toe is Ingrowing toe nail and in thumb finger is acute paronychea , u will need antibiotics and possibly inscion drainage of thumb and after settling of abscess will need to remove part of toe nail
