Asking for Husband, Male, 30 years old, Karachi

A.O.A my husband feels itching in palm, hands and some time all over body...specially in arms some times very little poxes appears and disappear after some minutes of itching, he is using lorin NSA10mg & fexet120mg but if he stops medicine after some days he again feels itching,,, doctor advice him to done serum IGE test which is in normal range so what is the reason of itching... Plz plz help me soon ...

What is the timings of itching.
At night or day time.
Dryness or allergy to some food?

ws. taking antihistamines medicine not the treatment only improve symptoms. how long. night or day time. other family members have same symptoms. any history of allergy. redness between fingers. kindly consult for proper evaluation.

No redness between fingers only some times feel itching for some times...no any family member have any of this type of prob,..itching appears at any day or time ...no history of allergy previously... Plz guide me soon as serum IGE test is also in normal range

If it is disappearing after some time then may be urticaria even . Can you plz post some pics with little more details of history so that we can exclude scabies n pompholyx etc

Not proper time of itching or redness, appears at any time or any day for sometime, no allergy from any foods

Dear Pt,
I hope you are well. I dont think it is scabies. Pompholyx not on cards aswell. Most Probably it seems urticaria. It needs to be seen and examined & run few tests for a definitive diagnosis. Kindly book a time with us so can give proper care. Hope this makes things easy.
