Don't want to visit unnecessarily to a doctor amidst this pandemic. Please help! I have constant feeling of discomfort in my throat, like there's something stuck there, varying in intensity every now and then. Feels like it is connected to my stomach. Starts after half n hour of taking meals. Occasional Acidity is there. Stomach makes noises but no pain in stomach just a slight discomfort in that area. But this whole situation makes it hard to breath too. Major problem is the discomfort in throat. Please suggest what to do

if fever also take cap azomax 250mg 2 times a day with tab rigix 10mg at night and cap esso 20mg before meal twice a dayyy..
and take online appointment
May be due to your stomach problem. You can take anti acid like Digex-MP after meal and when discomfort.
Tab Protium 40mg od before breakfast tab ansaid 100mg for gargles do you have fever

Thankyou so much. I don't have fever. Gaviscon doesn't make the feeling in my throat go away. I took losec 21 today in the morning but it didn't work as well. No betterment so far. Can I take protium and Esso together at the same time.?

seems that you are having GERD. try not to lay down after eating food. your meal should be atleast 4 hrs before you sleep. second walk or excercise. and you can take ant acid like syp gaviscon for this problem. 2 tsf 3 times. use less spicy food . no junk. no tea or coffee
This is ur IBS .Think less and have more exercise. Be bit carefree.Cold and sour things should be taken slowly till ur dry throat is moist.
This is probably GERD
you should take PPIS (Omeparazole/pentaparazol) if u have been already taking these medications not benifitin then another class of drugs called H2 recepter antagonists (Famotidine/cimitidine) can be tried
apart from pharmacologial managment you also shoul consider modification in your lifestyle .
Make an habit of doing daily excercise,avoid the food which precipitate your symptoms ,take more fluids etc
Omeprazole 40mg before breakfast tab itp 50mg aik suba sham before meals gargles three times a day
I suggest you to take online appointment for proper history?
Need your more symptoms and history to diagnose your problem then its treatment so better is to take online appointment through marham for proper treatment
