2 months se anal fissure problem ha bohat pain hota kabhi kabhi blood k drops bhi ate han. But it's been 25 days shifa international hospital se elaj leya ha and 60% improvement ha but doctor ne kaha tha 2months medicine + tubes use karo otherwise minor surgery hogi but relatives mn same problem thi unho ne kaha surgery is the only solution
