I have pain in my wrist ganglion cyst when i work heavy. and secondly i feel pain in my left knee and foot sole heel side. my calcium, vitamin d and uric acid is noraml.

Regarding the pain in your knee joint avoid sitting on floor and apply voltral gel
Regarding pain in your feet soles , take care if your foot wear
Dont walk bare feet
Avoid heels and flat foot wear
Always wear padded footwear. Soak feetcin warm water daily and do voltral massage. It will take some weeeks to heal.
