At 22 years of age you should be full of energy and not feeling like this at all. I cannot rule out any medical problems and I would access you with a detailed interview and maybe some tests but before you go see a doctor and go through all the testing which mostly reveals little if anything wrong at your age (again only a guess), try to correct the following in your lifestyle if they are not already correct and see if there is a difference in two weeks. If not, we'll see you at the clinic (hopefully not):
1.Are you sleeping well?
Sleeping well is not only appropriate number of hours (6 to 8) but also ensuring night sleep hours i.e. no later than 11pm or midnight at worst and waking up at 7 (if not for fajr)
2. How late do you sign yourself away from screens?
The blue/white light from screens keeps chaeting your brain that its daylight and wouldn't let it start the shut down process necessary for sleeping. Ensure no screens after 9pm at the latest. Read a book instead if you need to be distracted in bed.
3. When and How much food you are taking?
Eating healthy is as much necessary as sleep for good health. Ensure balanced meals. Keep roti, rice and sweets at a minimum after sunset and have your last meal at least 3 hours before sleeping. Keep dinners light, breakfasts heavy and lunches medium and have fruit snacks between breakfast and lunch & lunch and dinner. Keep coffee and tea intake at a minimum and avoid any caffeine drinks including colas after 5pm
4. Exercise
Atleast 3 times a week at least 40 minutes per session to the point that you raise your heart rate to a little less than twice your resting heart rate and sustain that accelerated heart rate for two minutes. Walk, Jog, Cycle, Swim, Push Ups or any cardio is great. Not necessary to do it early morningh, just find your time of convenience and stick to it.
5. Water Intake:
If nothing else, ensure proper water intake. At least 3 liters a day, 1st liter early morning, never between or immediately after meals, and always keep it room temperature if not luke warm.
If after two weeks of this you're not better, lets look up if something is medically wrong. Chances are, you won't call us In-Sha-Allah
