Talk to General Physician on No Taste And Smell

Gender - Female Age 27 Married with 2 kids Covid Positive - July 2021 Covid Negative after 15 days of positive date, end of July 2021

Problems facing till date :- no sense of smell and taste from 6 months .

Can only smell if put too much effort, that too only 10-20%

Taste:- can only sense its sour or sweet, cant taste particular dish/ingredient

Major Problem started few days back when smelled a smoke type of smell and can still smell it strongly since 3 days, im using otrivin twice daily for three days and saline spray but no improvement and the smell is really strong and giving headaches.

Please recommend any cure
