Talk to General Physician on Testicular Pain

I am experiencing sudden pain in my left testicle with some interval of time. I think it may be due to partial testicular torsion but I am not sure. I havent talked to my parents about it as I am too shy to do it rn. Currently I am a student. If anyone can tell me how to self diagnose if this is due to testicular torsion? And can anyone recommend me any affordable urologist in Karachi. Should I visit a doctor immediately, or is it not that serious and will get better by itself?
