salam please post it as anonymous but do post it this query is regarding my maid, she had tumor in breast 8 years back, which she removed from operation and was ok. Now from 2 days she is complaining about pain in breast again, feeling hard and whe she tries to pit pressure on lungs by breathing she have pain there as well she is from bangladesh and here in uae on tourist visa so dont want to go to doctor. please guide what we can do for her? please refer some pain killer or is there any chance that tumor grows back?
She needs thorough checkup. Life is more important. She can take diclofenac sodium 50 twice a day.
first of all ask for biopsy report of previous surgery then she has to be examine by the surgeon because breast diseases has to be passed through triple assessment means history and clinical examination, USG and biopsy

Its important to get the patient examined. You need her to visit with all previous medical reports.
