Sometimes young females get pain in breast before periods. This is part of a disease called PMS (premenstrual syndrome). You can visit a gynecologist as well if your pain is cyclical.
Sometimes benign lesions can cause such pains as well if they abut the
surrounding nerve endings.However if the doctor has reassuered you then its
nothing to worry about . however do note that pain in breasts can be part
of cyclical changes during monthly menstrual cycles.
