Hi mam its me rai fakhar abbas from lahore. My mom is myasthenia gravis patient since last 25 years . She is using amygra since 25 years but unfortunately we are facing shortage of that medicine . Can you plz do me a favor regarding availability of that medicine . Or we have to change that particular medicine with the other one having same formula . Kindly guide us in this matter because it is very difficult for mom to survive without amygra because this is the basic medicine which deals with myasthenia
