-to check early Pregnancy status have Serum beta hcg. If this is positive it's pregnancy. Report one sided lower abdominal pain as that need Urgent Evaluation.
PAIN WITH LOWER ABDOMEN ONE SIDED PAIN NEED URGENT ATTENTION AND EXAMINATION BY GYNAE.
-if beta hcg Negative have menstrual induction (tab primolute n 10 mgs twice daily for 5-7 days and wait for periods for 2 wks).
-check for any weight gain, abnormal hairs growth with Irregular periods as it's signs of Pco that need Detailed evaluation.
-have balanced diet, weight and Bmi.
-Complete treatment for any health issue u have.
-Daily walk, yoga and Exercise.
-have Recreational activities and quit recreational drugs.
-have Less salt, suger, oil and Spice in Diet.
-u can have one Examination by local gynae for pain with negative pregnancy test as well.
