I have recently been diagnosed with pcos..I have a cyst in my ovary,severe huritism,acne and obesity..I am really worried...I have also lost alot of scalp hair. I am already taking metformin and contraceptives but it's not helping with anything,even the cyst doesn't go away

at the age of 17 years, acne is natural. it will go away with time. but if u have PCO with obesity hersuitism and ovarian cysts in ovary, this shd b out as soon as possible.
plz reduce weight by diet control, stop all junks fizxy drinks bakery n sweets. start walk daily 1 hr, start ispaghula daily 2 times
by reducing weight ur PCO wl go
