My periods are 12 days late, normally i have 28 days cycle with 1 or 2 days delay. i have aching breast mild and nausea extreme fatigue and mild cramping. i have got 2 negative pregnancy tests 1 after 9 days and other after 12 days. i have history of ovarian cyst in right ovary, but it never ever interrupts my cycle and i don't have symptom of cyst either( like no pain during periods or heavy bleeding etc). i am very much conscious since i am trying to conceive since 1 year. kindly guide me what should i do, is there any chance of pregnancy?
it is better to do a blood test Bhcg for pregnancy to get a confirm answer. also get an ultrasound done to monitor the size of the cyst. Sometimes when we are over conscious and thinking too much about ttc which I understand is difficult to control it leads to hormonal disturbances causing late periods. Check serum b hug level if it is negative for pregnancy than wait for few days to start spontaneous period to start and than see how is your next cycle if it is distributed than see gynecologist
