Diet Problem

I've problem with my diet. I feel hungry before the meal but when meal arrives then hardly I take 5-6 bites of meal which is very worrying for me. But sometimes I take the healthy meal which is very rare. Kindly suggest me a proper plan or some medicines to solve my diet problem or may be it's my stomach problem.


Considering your mentioned symptoms, the real appetite stays whereas diet distraction is a separate issue. Its very common so you are not the first one. Check your BMI and overall course of your daily timetable. If everything is normal and you find appetite as an issue, try to add healthy activities that overcome the idea of having food. So far, you are all good.
