Asalam I alaikum I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I don't know how to maintain my glucose level and what precautions do I need to take. This is the 3rd pregnancy I have not had any experience of diabetes before so please guide me. I need to get a diet plan for myself. Thank you Jazak Allah

There is never a one size fits all diet plan. You need to schedule an appointment in order to find a balance that is right for you. You will need to learn how to monitor your startchy carb familiarise yourself with foods that are low on the glycemic index, and then plan your meals according to your taste.
