Is it okay to consume protein shake without working out? Im 18 and skinny wieght is 50 and height 171 cm, diet is very good with fruits and everything. I excercise regularly too but just wanted to ask if theres anything wrong with consuming protein shakes 4 or 5 times a week?

try to balance ur diet with workout and choose varied meals from each groups.

Protein shakes from natural sources do no harm... However if it is a form of supplements and you are taking without any requirement and/or prescription. You should avoid it.
