If you are taking diet rich in protein that is fulfilling your body requirements than you do not need to take protein shakes 4-5 times a week. Though if you want to take once a week with workout you can. But mainly focus on your diet and practice strength training for muscle gain . For proper diet plan Kindly book your appointment.

Protein shakes from natural sources do no harm... However if it is a form of supplements and you are taking without any requirement and/or prescription. You should avoid it.

No their is no harm in consuming protein shakes but rather than just focusing on shakes you should increase your caloric intake and also take out time for physical activity
