I currently weigh 110 kg .Height 5 feet nine inches . Age 42 years,i always had tendency to gain weight .But through diet and walk i always managed to reduce my weight.But after the birth of my third child during the next 40 days i gained 15 kgs .from that time that is 8 years i am constantly struggling to lose weight.I am a very concious eater ,no fizzy drinks or junk food .i totally control my portions.But it has become next to impossible to lose weight.some doctors suggested that i should take glucophage but it only increase my fertility and i concieved again two years back wiyh my foirth child.I have cold thyroid nodules but my T3,T4 and Tsh are in range .I am not diebatic and my estrogen levels are also normal.The only thing which is abnormal was appearance on dark facial hair after my son birth ,and yes i have two fiboriods.what should i do.

Gaining weight after having children is common. Also the older we get, the harder it is to lose weight. However, it doesn't mean that it is impossible.
