According to your height, your weight should be around 55 kg. Try having 5 small meals per day. Add food from every food group. Have at least 1 serving of dry fruits/ day. Have milkshakes 3 times a day. Use banana and dates in milkshakes. Good water intake and fixed timings of meals is very important.
