You have to lose almost 35-40kg weight to bring yourself to ideal weight. I would recommend you to follow personalized diet plan for long term. Try to avoid fried and bakery items. Try avoid eating processed foods and sugary items. Go for the flour which is available as "chakki ka atta". Eat fruits 2-3 times per day. In your meal , include veggies salad and dressing. Start with brisk walk for 15 minutes per day initially then go for 30 minutes per day. I would again recommend you to have personalized diet plan which i can make according to your calories and which will also meet your nutritional requirements.
