Talk to Psychiatry on Anxiety , Depression

sir I have been suffering from last 3 months. we lost our first baby in November last year. From there the actual problem started. I used to think about that incident. i think that lost had deep effect on my mind. The actual disorder started in the month of march 2019. I slept quite good but when woke up I lost senses. I was talking about the lost baby. I used to talk about the lost child. Then i started treatment from DR. Riaz bhatti and till now having treatment from him. Now the mental condition is much better and i am back to my senses. Now the problem is when someone talk to me about baby or i think by myself then for the time being i lost my sense. its been three month now, i resist for not taking medicines as i think remedy is not needed now. i actually want a permanent solution of that disease. I need your advise in this case. what should be done in the future. i am using following medicine zapsel 10 mg once in a day, cipralex once in a day, ervin and epicar onse in a day.
