noctamid apko theek nahi hony dy gee .proper medicine start karien jo ilaj kary.waqti behtri na ho long term seht behtr ho
please make an appointment for consultation so that your detailed history is discussed and a treatment plan is decided
kindly take consultation for detailed assessment
please reconsult your treating psychiatrist, instead of taking noctamid to relieve your panic attack, practice deep breathing and relaxation exercise at that time. if u r on other meds they need to be reviewed and adjusted. get yourself consulted. taking noctamid on daily basis has harmful.side effects

Dear sis, i can understand ur condition.. but anxiety and depression can be treated without medicine as well...!! anxiety bgair wja ni hoti.. zruri hai k phle wja talash ki jy phr us wja ko khatam ya control kia jy.. sth sth khud ko psychological interventions k sth strong bnaya jaye.. dekhen my dear... kisi muqaam pr pohanchne k liye mehnat krni parti hai.. khud ko strong bnayengi toh zindagi bhter guzar skengi.. sirf med khane se kch ni hota.. jb tk wja khatam na hoske.. uske bgair khud ko strong bnayen or is depression se niklen ta k ap hr trha ki situation ko bgair dare bgair ghabrayr face krsken.. in ShaAllah sb theek hojyga:)

Panic attacks happen when there are inner supressed and unexpressed feelings or emotions. One needs to vent out and unbottle those thoughts in order to heal and InshAllah you will not need medicine. Therapy sessions will help you in this.
sur jo sunn ho raha hai that is related to negative thoughts. In therapy I can teach you thought exercises which will help you overcome this issue and it will go away slowly
