yes mam I am trying to consult a doctor. because it's effecting my whole life. I used every trick. I join multiple courses to keep myself busy. I started online work. to save myself from sin, I fasted along. I offer tahujud and tasbih regularly. but it's not working. I am so worried because it seems like this unfulfillment lead to me to some unethical practice and I absolutely do now want to do anything immoral.
