My husband has a very hectic routine and i dont know k kya stress hain unko he doesnt tell me therefore, he is having insomnia like pehle neend nahi ati phir aye tou baar baar aankh khulti hai. He went to a psychiatrist a few days back and he prescribed him a tablet but main ne mana kar diya laine se kyun ke i've heard there are so many side effects of such medicines and he could not take it because he has a lot of office work to do even after coming home. I think he has this because of over thinking.
