Talk to General Physician on Multiple Issues

I m 29 years old and married 6 years back. Gone through emergency c-section 5 years back. Everythink was fine with me till last year. But now suddenly i m facing extreme hairfall, pain in bones and extreme pain in right foot heal if i do more than usual home chores. I got my thyroid, uric acid and calcium tests done. All were fine but it showed vitamin D deficiency (taking indrop D for it and its level is much better now). Sometimes i feel pain in breasts and they become heavy (usually before monthly cycles). Moreover my face skin is not fresh and very thin acne are all over face since some months. Similar other issues like sometimes feeling depressed without any major reason and fatigue etc is also there. Weight is constant at 42 kgs since last 3 years. Its not increasing even my diet is totally fine.
